How can I contact Findora?

You can email us at support@shopfindorax.com, and our customer support team will be happy to assist you with any questions regarding orders, shipping, or returns.

We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.


Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted international fulfillment partners and suppliers. Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment facilities to ensure efficient processing and delivery.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering.

All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including:

  • VISA

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

We also accept other secure payment methods available at checkout.


When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If you have not received your order within 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us at support@shopfindorax.com.

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.


Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties or import taxes.

Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

How do I return an item?

Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions.


What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. 

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
